Two lines of 11 characters max (including spaces)

What is your current turnaround time, when will my order be shipped?

Turnaround time for all orders is 1 - 3 business days.

What is your shipping time?

USA SHIPMENTS
We offer two shipping options:
- STANDARD: 2 - 5 business days
- EXPRESS: 1 - 2 business days

In general, you should receive your order in:
- STANDARD: 3 - 8 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) from your order date
- EXPRESS: 2 - 5 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) from your order date

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
You should receive your order in:
8 - 24 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) from your order date

It is the responsibility of the international customer to pay any VAT / taxes / duties that your country may impose on imports. VAT / taxes/ duties are completely separate from shipping fees you pay to have your item shipped to you.
